According to the production figures of members available upto the calendar year 2003, the total production was 625000 tonnes as against 475000 tonnes in the previous year. The production of biscuit for the last 11 years is as under:1993 - 167750 | 1994 - 180526 | 1995 - 202567 | 1996 - 222371 | 1997 - 362000 | 1998 - 400000

Note: the production of members of FBMI consist of 50% (approx) of the total production of biscuit in the organized sector.
